We Accept Adventist Risk Management Insurance. The following are the co-pay amounts that we accept. Risk Management covers up to 30 massages per year . Please refer to your insurance benifits handbook for more info.

90 Min Signature Massage-- $100 -- $10
2 hr Signature Massage-- $130 -- $40
60 Min Pregnancy Massage --$75 -- $0

30 Min Trigger pt/ Deep Tissue --$55 --$0
60 Min Trigger pt/ or DT -- $80 -- $0

Blue Cross Blue Shield of TN

Blue Perks

We offer "Blue Perks card holders 20-30% off on treatment based services such as massage therapy.

If you have Insurance through Blue Cross, you probably have "Blue Perks". If you are unsure if you have Blue Perks, you can call your insurance provider or look on their website for more info.

 

Other types of Insurance: At this time we do not accept any other types of insurance. However, we would be more than happy to provide you with a receipt for your massage service so that you can file the paperwork yourself. Your receipt will include the license number of the therapist who performed your treatment, our establishment name, number, address and any other information you might need to file on your own.
